the factor that affect the gaskets
 
 

Many factors affect the performance of the gaskets, it includes:
1.The metal of gaskets and the fillings: the material must bear the following influences:
 

Temperature: the temperature can affect the performance of the gaskets’ mechanical and chemic, such as oxygenation resistance and the recovery.
Pressure: The medium and the inner stress of the tube can blow out the gaskets.
Medium: The gasket’s material can bear the corrosion of mediums.

2.The design for connection: the power that connect the flange can be competent for the resistance from the inner pressure.
3.The correct power of bolt: if there haven’t enough power to the bolt, or the press is too high, that will make the gaskets broken, cause leakage
4.The face’s smoothness: if the face’s smoothness is not suit for the gaskets that will make the gaskets invalidation.
